The Gatsby Benchmarks

Secondary Schools prepare students for future success in education, employment or training.  We use the Gatsby Benchmarks, link below, to assess all aspects of our careers “offer” to our students. Our most recent assessment took place in December 2023, and our overall average for the 8 benchmarks increased once again from July 2023. Strengths highlighted included Personal Guidance, Experiences of workplaces, and a stable careers programme. We will carry out a new assessment prior to the 2024 Easter holiday, and publish a brief summary of the results.
