Catering and Student ID Cards

Alternative Menu Form (Allergy & Lifestyle Notification and Medical Diet Request)
Each student has been provided with a lanyard and a card holder. The student's name and photo has been printed on the card to prevent unathorised use. The lanyard and ID card are part of the academy's uniform, and must be worn by all students. Students must use their card to pay for purchases from the dining rooms.
On-line payments (ParentPay)
At Granville Academy, we have a cashless catering system installed (ParentPay). We ask that all payments for Academy activities are made on-line rather than with cash or cheques. Please use the quick link on this page to access the ParentPay system. Details for using ParentPay will be provided once you start at the Academy. Cash cannot be used to buy food directly at the dinner counters. ParentPay system

Free school meals
Students on Free School Meals automatically get a daily meal allowance and use the tills in exactly the same way as every other student, so other students are not aware that they are entitled to Free School Meals -if you would like to apply for Free School Meals, you can apply online at https://www.cloudforedu.org.uk/ofsm/link2ict
